this one is about fasting. if people understood what fasting did, they would all do it. nobody wouldn't. normies don't even know they could be in the driver seat of their life simply by not eat for a while.
fasting can be brutal. i sometime go on long juicefasts. that's when i don't eat anything and don't drink anything and the only thing i am living on is fresh fruit juice that i make. i buy tons of fresh fruit and juice it in a centrifugal electric juicer. it is weaker then fasting but very nice to get the toes wet and cautiously find out what it is like. i remember being on the ~4th day of a ~21day juicefast and i COULD NOT STOP THINKING ABOUT BREAD. I LOOKED AT BREADMAKING VIDEOS ALL DAY but i remained strong and did not eat any. my head played bread-advertisement all day, it was kind of a torturous experience but after i endured for a while the craving died off, for good.

i don't even know when this video was recorded, maybe in the 80s. they were surprisingly advanced in terms of understanding what might affect health. they knew about detoxification and keeping the lymphatic system clean and unclogged so that it can get rid of waste at all times, especially during what would have otherwise grown into a sickness.
they even understood the danger of the profit motif lurking underneath.
they were probably called conspiracy theorists and quacks.
