I used to love that guy, but I realized he was at his best when (((warner brothers))) was pulling his strings. The stuff he did on his own is mostly garbo; sometimes the melodies are fantastic but they're ruined by gay little noises he put in. I outgrew him when I outgrew /b/, which should tell you something.

Politically he was anti gun and a libertarian, which is fucking gay.

He never said anything specific on the issue, but i think anyone who pays enough attention can detect the implications.

In "jesus thinks you're a jerk", there is a bit of anti-gun sentiment; in it, he basically said it was hypocritical to go to church and believe in God while carrying a gun you could say it's about their over-eagerness to kill but whatever

Then there was the story of some crazed lunatic walking into his house they had an open door policy at the time and waving a gun around. They had to convince him to throw his gun down the well to "hide" it.

So I imagine he wouldn't be too fond of guns.
