I'm currently learning the piano using Piano Booster (which interfaces with my piano via midi over usb). I think it's really nice but I'd like to buy some sheet music (or music book?) so I don't have to hook up my computer when I want to practice.

Is there any go- to music books that contain songs that are easy to pick up by novices? Or what/ where should I look for?

tl;dr

newfag wants physical sheet music but doesn't know what to look for.

Also, general

Thanks. I had a look at the first book and it's a bit of a joke so I'll skip that one but I'll look further into the other suggestions

If that one it too simple, check a higher grade in that program. This is a grade 6 piece, for comparison.

I'm not OP, but thanks for posting this. I took piano lessons as a child, and I've been wanting to get back into it lately. Although since I haven't played in years, I had no clue where to start. These instructional books look very promising.
