That's well-known if you look into music and probably the most "well-known" obscure genre, I mean local scenes that died after a few years or really small genres.

The most well known obscure genre would probably be industrial, whats the most patrician and non normalfag genre then? Tibetan throat singing or traditional Germanic yodelling?

Industrial isn't obscure at least when omitting the pool of people who listen to Top 40 or Billboard 100 trash.

Not the point I was making or of this thread. /mu/ already knows of no-wave and industrial, why resuscitate.

I know some songs get a million views on youtube, but I still feel as though speedcore never had a breakthrough. I also get the feeling anybody not into it, and some of who are into it, think of it like some joke genre.

POS has good tunes, by holy hell his artwork is awful. The name isn't much help either. I understand it's just one theme in the speedcore scene, but I hate it and am rather annoyed by it.

the Go-Go scene in DC. I heard Ian Mackaye talking about it in one of his interviews I believe with Nardwuar.

I hate how people think PoS is some memecore artist, he'd got some seriously great industrial speedcore. People don't realize the gross edginess just apart of the Australian speedcore scene.
