When I listened to this Post-Waters Pink Floyd Album, I always imagined it to be some kind of Aquatic Theme. The beginning begins with the sound of rowing withing water, and as I would imagine the album (with minor aid of drugs) it never went from the water theme. The track with the sound of a casino game music just felt like a brief interlude in Hawaii.
Learning to Fly obviously departs from this dynamic though, as it is aerospace, not the ocean.
Another (obvious) one is Plastic Beach by Gorillaz

Depressive Silence's Depths of the Oceans fits here, as well could a few of their other tracks if you use your imagination, but they've never done a full album for this.

I always loved that '90s harp preset on that one. Those old-school ROMpler sounds are pretty charming.

There's also this, but I don't like it as much and for the longest time couldn't remember what it was called or who did it.
