IRL it meant being the size of a Light Cruise but never actually being used in combat but being used to train new IJN recruits (until the war situation got desperate OFC).
KanColle wise, it means she gives awful routing & fleet composition. But using Kashima in your exercise/PvP fleet (yes, you can fight other people in KanColle; but I personally don't) will boost the XP gain of all your ships that participated.

here I'm trying to make a deck builder and a small one to give you an idea. look for example Star Realms (the biggest inspiration) has only about 46 unique cards in his core and then the rest are from the expansions. 46 isn't a big number and then adding copies of the cards you can have about 120~130 cards in one single package.
the idea of the game is to set the game in a kind of ficticious roman age, the game is all about the gladiators fighting on the arena and we play as one. I think I would like to leave it as low-fantasy as possible and drink as much as possible from the historical data for item/weapons and other equipment creation for the game. maybe in a future if I'm able to make a prototype I'll start to think in maybe include druids or other highly possible mysticism to the game.

Well, we had to spend a lot of time figuring out how to lift like a 150-200kg steel plate into a trailer. We luckily had a hydraulic lift, but we still had to figure out how to put it into the trailer. One thing we did was get a big steel pipe and jam it between the sheet and a wall and reverse the car, but that didn't work too well. We ended up using a strap and ratchet which finally worked.
Also a few days ago when I was putting stuff into the trailer which was in the alley just outside the car park and unfortunately ice junkies like to hang out in there. One of them tried to set our trailer on fire while I went to the toilet but luckily my dad came in time and threw the piece of cardboard he lit out. When my dad came today to the same spot he just said "Hello crack heads" and told the junkie that he saw him on camera and that he's lucky that he can't be bothered with the police, and of course he just kept going on saying "I didn't set anything on fire" which of course is bullshit. I have a feeling we're not going to be working at that building site for much longer.

My brother and I watched Dragonball from the beginning a few years ago. It was a really good time and I'd highly recommend it. We watched it in japanese, so that's what I normally stick with. I think that the original japanese performances in DB and DBZ are top quality.
Kai is good because it compresses 200 episodes down to 100 and has a good English dub. Funimation really needed to do it too, since the original dub(s) have so many translation issues, a noticeable lack of consistency throughout and sound hollow compared to dubs these days.
The japanese actors are the ones whose performances are lacking in Kai, but they're ok again in Super though they don't reach the same highs as DB and DBZ.

In Kai? That the BGM was plagiarized from a variety of Hollywood movies and popular music tracks. In truth, the plagiarization had been going on since at least the original DBZ airing in Japan, but it only became more obvious as time went on.
