Melissa Marie Curtis, aged 31, is facing accusations of engaging in sexual misconduct with a student during her tenure as a teacher at Montgomery Village Middle School.
These alleged incidents date back to 2015 when Curtis was 22 years old and the victim was only 14.
The Montgomery County Police Department initiated an investigation in October following allegations of abuse brought forth by an adult male.
The reported abuse took place at the school, inside Curtis' vehicle, and at various residences in Montgomery County between January and May 2015, as per police documents obtained by Fox 5 DC.
Curtis, a resident of Upper Marlboro, allegedly provided the teenager with alcohol and marijuana, and the two engaged in sexual intercourse on more than 20 occasions.
