You're going to need help in that case, lol

If that's your drawing it looks like you can draw fairly well already, but if you can't draw from imagination you're going to be severely gimped so if that's from a direct reference than I would simply forget about animation for now and grind drawing fundamentals for a while.

Here's some simple animation exercises that can help you figure out where you're at. Try at least a couple of them, if they look really bad or it takes you a really long time than perhaps you need to continue drawing for now-

Here's what's considered a modern bible on animation. It's mostly walk cycles and theory but it's pretty important you understand a lot of the stuff in this book. Also the author rambles a bit but that's ok I guess

Not only drawing but familiarity with your software is key in modern animation, too! What software do you plan to use?

Do you have a tablet? I love your style with a pencil but you'll need to get used to digital as well to make a modern animation unfortunately!

No problem, that guy is great. For some reason it's really helped me personally to see how long the process takes. I expected it to be super quick and always got butthurt when I didn't have some super great animation done in two seconds. It really is an arduous process even for someone that's done it for a long time; seeing that is comforting in a way.

a common beginner mistake in animation is going too fast. Yes, you need to git gud at gestures, but that doesn't mean you have to animate at that pace. There's no need to go fast anyway, just focus on clear and meaningful drawings, you'll get to your destination eventually and when you do your animation will be a lot better than when you try to go too fast too soon when you haven't developed any animation skill yet.
