are there any good books or video series that would get me closer to Nezumi's art style and skill level. Truth be told, I don't want to do lewd art any more but I still want the ability to be as good as her when it comes to anatomy and stylization. There's something I always liked about her art and I want to be able to deliver the same quality.

You look like you're doing a pretty good job anon, I don't think there's any guides available and if there are I doubt they'd be as effective as simply drawing/tracing her work and coming to your own conclusions.

I probably should do that. Her art always intimidates me when it comes to study though. She has such a careful balance of detail work in her anatomy… well, aside from how she draws anus's and genitals, that's when any form of conservatism in her style goes out the window. but you're right, I suppose I won't learn to draw like her until I do studies on her.

At the moment I'm torn between doing my gestures and construction like pic 2, or pic 3… but I think you're right. I'm not going to get anywhere if I don't sit down and get back to drawing. Got a big ol' study sheet together and I'll be recreating her works for a bit to see if I can't figure some of her logic out.

People that don't like "x" should spoiler it themselves assuming the artist wasn't kind enough to do so in advance. I don't think there's a real problem here. The deprecated "no furry/pony" rules of certain other boards should have stayed back on cuckchan where they belong, and at any rate definitely shouldn't apply to a board about drawing. Definitely, I'd say more than half the lewd stuff I've saved isn't even to fap to, more often than not its to do a study on. The crazy thing is that we live in a time where most freelance artists are better than what the industry considers professional.
