>tfw you try and draw a male profile from imagination and he ends up looking like a lesbian
How does this shit happen?
Also. How the fuck do you draw hair?

On closer inspection it's those pouty looking lips, isn't it? Goddammit. You forget to square a few things away (literally and figuratively) and everything goes to hell.

ayyy lmao

I don't see anything wrong with it, really. I can't comment about the neck muscles though because I don't know shit about what they look like or where they belong exactly.

While I don't think it looks that bad I guess a couple of things that come to mind is the haircut which does come off as something a carpet muncher would sport for some reason; his ears and lips kind of look feminine too because his lips are puffy and his ears look unnaturally small lengthwise and how they taper in at way too sharp an angle.

I think it's the dark lines on the eyes, it looks like eye makeup

>>488Yeah that too. I think that and the somewhat nonsensical haircut may be the worst offenders. Otherwise it doesn't look too bad.

I think everyone made pretty good points

>>494Wow I never noticed how distorted the image ends up after passing through the camera. That Jay Leno chin tho.

>>489the thin, feminine neck is also a factor that makes the character look less-than-masculine.

Am I blind if I can't see it as female?

>>782Not really, the features are masculine but the haircut looks totally gay, I think that's what's throwing off op moreso than the profile itself.
