Hello /loomis/, I would like to inform you about https://ourobooru.booru.org/index.php , the new booru for 8kun and the bunkers. I've been iffy about posting this, but here I go.

Lately, I've been combing through this board collecting things to upload, but since the art here often seems more personal, and some of you might actually (want to) have careers, I figured I'd give you all a chance to object to things you don't want uploaded to ourobooru.

Here's the scraps I've saved so far:

It's not 100% sorted, but I figure doing this now is better than never. Pics in the "posted" folder are images already applied, "not gonna make it" is for images I won't be uploading, (the server hosts officially ban lolicon, and posting a bunch portraits of real people seems like a bad idea). I'm not staunchly against uploading them, but I'll personally refrain from doing so out of caution.

Anyway, just know you don't need an account to tag or image post to the booru, and help is appreciated. Have a good day.

I don't see why our practice drawings and helpful redlines/adjustments need to be archived, but anything "finished" of mine someone wants to upload there is okay to do so. "my career" hahahaha

Most of those are transfers from 8-booru. An anon used a script to scrape and move images with all their tagging intact. We moved from 8-booru because account applications were disabled, and the only person able to open them was MIA, meaning no new users and finite uploaders.

The most revealing spots in historical digs are often the trash heaps, anon.

Eh, I'd be more concerned about bringing attention to any particular piece if I was a professional. If there was a post here asking not to upload it, that in itself would sort of substantiate potential claims that I had made it. At least for as long as both the post and the piece are on this board, I think it would actually make the connection less deniable. Although it would reduce the risk of the artwork being discovered, it would lend credibility to such assumptions, even if it's not evidence. Even more so if I mentioned multiple pieces that an onlooker might not otherwise make a connection between.

Better to just practice your poker face, if I'm any judge. Which I'm probably not considering I'm nowhere near any industry. I'm probably bullshitting something fierce, but it was the first thought that struck me.
