Hey Anon Every day Tower girl here.
I would like to ask some serious questions and help here.
I'm really starting to get frustrated and unhappy with the Drawing that I am doing theses days and I don't really know the reason why.
every figure drawing that I do looks like trash and I don't see myself improving at all.
Everything just don't look good so I decided to return to the basics and start over again.
I'm using nsio's Learning order guide and I want to know what level I am at from you guys opinion because to be honest I just don't know myself.
I would like to eventually draw like nakayama tooru (character designer for the MegaMan Zero games) but I feel like I'm never going to reach it because every time I draw seriously I just end up hating it halfway through the process.
It's gotten to the point where it is difficult to just start drawing anything, and I don't want to give up but when I see the drawing I've posted over the past few days I think to myself WOW now that's a piece of shit right there.
And I don't know what to do, I don't know how I can fix it, I don't know what kind of questions that I should be asking to make it better.
Sorry for the long rant Anons it probably doesn't make any sense.
TL;DR: what level on Nsio's learning order do you think I'm on, and I have no idea what I am doing wrong or how to fix it.

I'd say probably between 0 and 1. You don't have the most importing thing about drawing, the ability to see in 3D.
You can see it in your second pic, your basic shapes are pretty good, but when it gets to more complex forms it all goes to shit.
Unfortunately I can't give you any advice I know will work because I have the exact same problem, but I'd say try simplifying stuff further. Say you were going to draw a hand, first draw a box with perspective, then use basic forms for the landmarks, then do the same for the fingers and only then trace over it to draw the hand.
Didn't draw for a week and both the tablet and the stylus ran out of battery, so I can't explain it with a drawing.

The detail of your drawing are too limited. It needs more depth especially when you drawing the head of the character. Also, it seem like you were struggling at getting good consistency at drawing the hands. Why is that? You need the ability to see flaws in your drawing. Take a closer look after you finished drawing and fix them If you find anything wrong with it. There were few times when the hands of your character looks alright but the rest of it looks disproportionate and flat. Some of the fingers were either short of missing.

I have been experimenting with stylization & changing features to avoid same-face, so some lips have been pushed to extremes for my own taste. Especially some of the more dumb bimbo / thotty girls I've drawn; giving them big annoying lips because it suits them, not because I find it pleasing.

Ok what you are lacking is the practice in perspective. The one you drew have a lot of errors.
Its best if your practice wit one shape first instead, I more prefer that you do this with rectangular shape in one point perspective, slightly centered to the left/right with varying distance.
Perspective will help you with foreshortening
To spice things up, you can also do some Ellipses practice so you doing perceptive practice stale.

Just a few things, I feel like in her shoulder area her upper chest just sort of expands out towards the left, but because she's kind of turning away from the viewer I feel like it shouldn't go out that far if that makes sense-if I could rightly describe what it looks like to me I'd say that it's as if her body is generally facing away from the viewer but her arm is facing fill front on.
The relation between her cheek and brow seems a little off, usually in that style there's a more subtle depression indicating the area between the brow and the cheek bone, here the brow sort of dominates, and I think it may have more to do with a struggle to decide whether or not the hair is overlapping the face or not in that area.
There is also a line tangent between her tail and the arm on our right, the arms are a little inconsistent as well in their various shapes and lengths. I kind of put them in a more symmetrical pose myself and even I made mistakes so don't get discouraged, you'll probably be pumping out high class qts in no time.

I think you mainly need to turn the hardness up on your brush. Once you've got the colors blocked in and the edges consistent, then you can turn down the hardness .. or flow or opacity, whatever works for you, and blend shadows. Not all shading needs to be soft, either; hard edges work in some places. And always keep bright shiny highlights relatively sharp.
