Hello /lit/.

Growing up, I never played piano or anything like that, but recently I've become interesting in making music on FL Studio etc.

I've noticed that I'm only just flailing about, trying blindly to find things that seem to work, and I realize that I could work much better if I had a fundamental knowledge of music theory.

Is there an already-constructed reading list for music theory? If not could you recommend me a few books or manuals to understand how to write and produce music?
