The "yellow jackets" have accomplished nothing and will likely accomplish nothing. Sorry to rain on your meme parade. There are small outbreaks every now and again like this. "Occupy wallstreet" is one example. "Full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing." You'd need to be a powerful man to accomplish anything. A powerless mass just gets led about by others and left to its own devices merely claws at "they" and "them" in a fashion which one might accurately call "looting" or "pillaging". It is the right and the privilege of the powerful to control the powerless. That is something we here all want to dismantle, at least I think so, but it isn't something that can be dismantled without power. Power that never seems to accumulate in the hands of people who would dismantle the system they worked inside to gain it. It's not strange so much as unpleasant.
I'm tired of foreign movements anyway. I remember when Antifa wasn't here, seeing it over in Europe and thinking "It's good we don't have that. Unfortunate they do, but Germany is bound to generate that sort of thing due to the horrific post-war propaganda bombs." Now they're here, it seems every disgusting thing from overseas washes up here at some point or another. Even this "yellow jackets" meme has to a small degree. Foreign memes have no place on domestic soil. We've enough problems as it is.
I have no idea how anything is going to get better. All I ever think is that it'd be best to rig your "home" (it'd be best if it were a facade so you can survive) with explosives or traps so that when they come for you, you make them pay. That's all I see. When they come for you, make them pay. If we're all like the rattler, if hurting us is costly, then perhaps they'll listen to our warnings and stop treading on us.
