Genocide is a violation of the NAP. No matter how valuable a human life is, you have no right to take it away or to steal from him.

You're confusing value in the ethical and the economic sense. The two are completely different concepts, but sadly, our language cannot properly express that. In fact, even in economics, value can also mean market value. It's a simple shortcoming of language. There's probably a way to clean this up, but that would just introduce even more terms that you must juggle around. For now, we're stuck with the subjective value in the economic sense, and objective value in the ethical sense. The two are entirely distinct, however.
