Just take up a fucking hobby and go to Church on Sundays, then watch a show and forget all about political analysis as you do so. Find a girl you love, and make plans to have wonderful children, for the sake of it, not to "uphold your race" or win some demographic war, just because you like the idea of going to playgrounds with your children and watching them laugh.
