【緊急!!】福建爆發非洲豬瘟直逼我金馬 農委會決議：12月進行全國性演習
中國非洲豬瘟疫情持續延燒至福建，直逼金馬。為防堵非洲豬瘟傳入境內，農委會副主委黃金城今天宣布將在12月進行全國演習。
過去我國非洲豬瘟防疫均由重點縣市個別演習，然而隨著今晨中國農業農村部證實福建莆田查獲疫情，我國農委會隨即召開緊急會議，決定於12月執行全國性演習。
黃金城表示，目前已要求各部會包括海關、海巡署、環保署等每個單位都必須共同防範、確實將病毒阻擋在外，12月份將進行全國演習，包含海巡、環保署、國防部等跨部會都須參與。
雖然政府這兩個月不斷宣導民眾不要私帶肉品入境，但經統計仍多有外籍配偶從疫區帶回肉類品，防檢局也會視情況進行個別宣導。

【新唐人亞太台 2018 年 12 月 24 日訊】24日聖誕平安夜，是李明哲被中共強迫失蹤關押第645天，李凈瑜跟救援大隊召開記者會，揭露李明哲遭中共違法的非人道歧視、奴工待遇，健康狀況堪憂。呼籲台灣的中央、地方政府為人權發聲，也請民眾寫信到湖南赤山監獄給李明哲，告訴中共，台灣人沒有忘記李明哲。
李凈瑜幾經中共拒絕探視，18日在湖南赤山監獄見到李明哲約30分鐘，全程被中共國安監控，她發現李明哲身體暴瘦、遭到非人道待遇。
李明哲妻子 李凈瑜：「赤山監獄，長期提供給(所有)囚犯的飲食，多為腐敗品。他也無法，在目前均溫只5度上下的赤山監獄，添購禦寒衣物。」
李凈瑜證實，李明哲之前被移監到北京10天，明確違法。移回赤山監獄後，李明哲的保暖衣服、私人物品都被丟掉，家屬送衣服也被拒絕，家屬提供生活費也被凍結，只能吃監獄給的腐敗食物，被迫每天工作十多小時，違反中國監獄法規，形同奴工。
李明哲妻子 李凈瑜：「李明哲在獄中，每天工作十幾個小時，沒有休息日，監獄所謂的勞動改造，跟血汗工廠無異。」
民間司改會指出，中共監獄嚴重違反自己法律、也嚴重違反北京批准的國際公約。
民間司法改革基金會執行長 陳雨凡律師：「都已經構成所謂酷刑或不人道對待。要符合聯合國對待囚犯，最低的基本要求規則。最困難的是，家屬沒有任何一個，申訴或救濟的管道。」
李明哲也被中共歧視，待遇比大陸囚犯更差，包括探視權、通信權、親屬電話卡，都被歧視甚至剝奪；連台灣寄送的大陸出版的書籍都拿不到、家屬信件半年後李明哲才會看到，但無法回信。
台灣人權促進會秘書長 邱伊翎：「我們寄過去的信，他從來沒有收到，我們已經寄了數百封這樣的明信片。」
李明哲妻子 李凈瑜：「以上這些(被侵害剝奪)權利，通通都不是特權。不僅你的身軀遭到關押，連你的思考、跟你的靈魂，你都得(被迫)一併交出。」
李明哲救援大隊：「言論自由無罪，立刻釋放李明哲。」
救援大隊，要求中共清楚交代，移監、非人道等狀況，釋放李明哲。也喊話台灣各界關注，否則每個人都可能遭遇相同處境。

我國非洲豬瘟防疫規格不斷拉高，中國國台辦發言人馬曉光今日再度對我重申，中國非常重視非洲豬瘟防疫工作，「目前疫情沒有流行蔓延」。
行政院農委會主委陳吉仲今（30日）指出，如果疫情有控制，沒有蔓延，是不是就直接公布所有資訊，讓其他亞洲國家知道，才更可以做好邊境阻絕工作。
陳吉仲認為，若如國台辦所說，疫情沒蔓延，是否要在第一時間公布疫情資訊， 跟世界動物衛生組織（OIE）又通報了多少，讓其他亞洲國家都知道現在真正情況，到底蔓延了多少畜牧場？撲殺豬隻數量？ 還有流向等等，如果可以知道以上這些訊息，邊境阻絕工作會比較好做。
