This bumbling woman couldn't formulate a coherent reply to save her life. What's the actual answer /islam/ ?

To my knowledge, there is only one Christian country; Vatican City. There are no Muslims there. Did you mean "Christian majority" countries? That's different.

Some actually deserve the title of refugees, but overall, because life in Christian countries is better than life in Muslim countries, at least when it comes to economic reasons and quality of life? You can call it selfish, but as long as they're not going against Islam, there's nothing morally stopping Muslim refugees (also, note that not all refugees are Muslims, I know and have heard of refugees that are probably actually atheists based on how they act) from doing so, unless European countries enforce their borders.

Are you referring to the recent refugee crisis? Because the use of the term "always" makes it sound like you mean something else. The answer is that that they don't. The majority of refugeees have fled to Muslim countries like Turkey and Lebanon, but yes some have fled to Christian countries, possibly seeking better work opportunities and to be further from the current conflict. By the way, discussion of politics on this board is generally discouraged outside of designated threads. I'm pretty sure there's a containment thread for political topics so check the catalogue.

You make it sound like we deliberately seek out countries because of their Christian population. The real reasons are a lot more mundane.

For the refugees it's just about getting away from the fight. Plenty of them go to Islamic countries, but you don't hear about them.

For everyone else, it's the differences in opportunities. Trades are easier to get into, but more complex jobs would be more appreciated (and paid) in the West.

Personally I'm in it for the education and the lack of mosquitoes.

You might want to avoid the southern US, then. Mosquitoes form literal clouds around here.

Anyway, I'm in it because I was born in the US. My parents were born in the US. My grandparents and so on and so forth all the way back to the first immigrant from my father's side, who stepped off the boat in 1632. I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to be here.

Why do people move from small towns to big cities? People don't go to """christian""" countries because those countries are """christian""". They go there for work or higher education. The anglosphere exerts immense influence all over the world and thus more people are likely to migrate towards it for better work opportunities and better wages.

>>29291

>muh refugees

Those countries aren't the only ones they flee to. They are directed towards those areas because those places are free from major conflicts. Because those governments share responsibility for what happened in their own countries. Shouldn't have meddled in foreign affairs if you didn't want to deal with the consequences. And they aren't simply accepted in there 'out of the goodness in the heart' of the governments of this countries. All of this is tied to geopolitics as well.

>All of this is tied to geopolitics as well

Things are not quite as what sensationalist media claims them to be. Those countries are also connected with the intervening countries and the destroyed countries themselves. You think when the leaders get together they only try to leverage one situation within specific boundaries? They might try to shoe-horn economic and other political decisions on the table while trying to maximise their own interests.

Everything that happens, happens because there's an agenda behind it. Be it for the sake of a person, or a political group, or an organisation, so on and so forth.

>>29392

It's not 'too conservative' but it is conservative enough, since it tries to conserve transcendent moral values that are very at odds with the progressive, secular "enlightened humanism" of the left.

It's extremely hard to pass as a liberal these days if you are opposed to the homosexual life style, opposed to women's sexual liberation (dating, abortion, premarital sex, immodest dress, etc), leisure alcohol/drug use. It's also very hard to appeal to revelation or sacred scripture or transcendent values since they are staunchly atheistic/materialistic and need arguments that revolve around "human freedom" and "pragmatism" not what is ultimately good for human nature or what the Divine wills…

>>29396

It is not "too conservative" but it has aspects that some people might consider "conservative" or "right wing". It also has aspects that some people might consider "leftist" or "liberal". But we as muslims should not catagorise it by the definitions set by men. It is parts of the divine teachings that men took, cut around and formed their own ideologies. And now they claim these rules, logic, morality and thoughts came from men.

But anyone who actually ponders over these matters can clearly see that the same men that try to break the bonds of morality couldn't possibly have fashioned these bonds and put it on themselves in the first place. The only thing they can do is modify, not create from nothing.

That's why God's law is complete while the law of men is incomplete.

It is a fact that our countries are bad in terms of living standards, but only because they were toppled into the disarray that they are currently in today. Take Iraq, for example. Saddams Iraq wasn't obviously perfect and it had its tyrannical peaks, but overall, life was good and immigration wasn't as large as it is today. However, the Americans invaded in 2003 and basically opened the floodgates for mass immigration. Who in their right mind would want to stay in a war-torn country? Of course they'd move "for the free gibs" to Europe and America! Neocons I see always complain about "mass muslim migration" while also bringing up the "tyranny of Muslim dictators", failing to realize that it was under that "Tyranny" that they didn't have their "mass migration crisis".

Goes a bit like this:

>Overthrow governments that kept the people in line for "MUH FREEDOM"

>Keep the countries in War

I don't like though, the fact there are healthy young men coming to Britain. I get it, not everyone will join the army to act on their hopeless ideals of saving the world as I did. But lots of these lads are bigger, stronger than I am, and there's many more of them than there are of Saudi funded ☻stirrers, so surely, they'd be able to fix their countries if they actually manned up and fought back, rather than fleeing?
