Asalamu'Alaikum brothers and sisters. I had this thought in my mind but I can't quite seem to put in the best words possible, but I'll try my best.

I'm 100% sure we've all heard the words "Islam is a religion of Peace" as a response to demonization of the religion by critics, but does Islam come any close to what modern society deems as a "peaceful religion"? Don't get me wrong, I'm not criticizing Islam in anyway, but I also dislike it when people try equivilating Islam to being some sort of knock off of Buddhism, and I abhorred Pascifism or any BS cuckery.

Non-Muslims have to pay their share. Muslims can live in harmony with the disbelievers if they incline to peace. It pisses me off when Muslims respond with military actions because the countless wars fought for Israel in the Mid-East, you got the pretentious blood-thirsty Zionist stooge going Like, "Ooooooh look at those moooselembs, soooo butthurt and barbaric! Not duh religion of peeeeace!"

Best example is the Palestinian oppression. They literally got their land taken from them, houses bombed, annexed, killed, and for God sakes Israel dropped White Phosphorous civilian populated areas. And when they fight back, the West simply blame the religion for their violent response rather than looking at it as a common sense. You attack me, expect it in return.

BTW You probably didn't know "Islam is a Religion of Peace" is a phrase first uttered by George W. Bush to paint a scenario where his sadistic crimes are against "terrorists" and not Muslims

I think Islam is the only way of life that can ultimately lead to peace. It starts with a peace of mind. Of course I agree, it's not a religion of pacifism though. No one who criticizes Islam for propagating wars or whatever has any leg to stand on anyway. Westerners certainly don't forbid war.

My standard answer to this is that no Muslim ever called Islam a "religion of peace". Islam is a religion of submission, a religion of prayer, and a religion of charity. But the idea that we won't strike back when hit is laughable.

Islam is Islam. It is complete. It gives us rules for every single aspect of life so that we can live properly in this life and be prepared for the next one. Since Islam gives us rules for every single aspect of this life, it's no wonder that we were given rulings on war, just like we were given rulings for times of peace.

The kuffar like to show the reactions to their actions as the cause and their own actions as the result. By reversing the cause for action and action for consequence they justify their attacks on others. And those who stand against them are thus painted as villains. During the crusades the europeans slandered muslims. They called them "saracens", they spread lies about salahuddin. But when their own king met salahuddin, when their own people came in contact with muslims, some of them were forced to see the truth.

The current situation of the ummah is indeed pitiful. We are attacked all around the world, yet we are the ones that are blamed. Fight back against the occupying zionists? Terrorist. Fight back against the opressive hindus? Terrorist. Fight back against the secularist opressors? Terrorist. So on and so forth. To make matters worse, there's the khawarijis that give more fuel for their fire.

The kuffar hate the fact that muslims are supposed to submit to God alone. They view this as a threat to their own unlawful power. They expect us to just cower in fear and bow to them. They can't stand the fact that people would defy them even in the face of defeat. That's why they are not content with just attacking our homes or ourselves but also resort to attacking our religion. "Modern society" doesn't want Islam or any religion for that matter. All their talks of "peace", "humanism", "individualism", "freedom", etc. are nothing except feel-good, hollow, blatant bull. Look deeper into it and you'll see just how hypocritical people can be.
