Lungoot said that the hosting this site is $5 per month, about Rs 300, so I don't think should put much financial pressure on him unless he is unemployed or living from paycheck to paycheck. He could also have asked people to donate money. There are about 15-20 people on the site, and if everybody donated about Rs 15-30, it would have been more than enough.
