She is way more healthy

乃卂爪乃丨 is the best by far and it's extremely unfortunate no other content is really comparable. I regularly end up going back and relistening to those even though I don't want to and don't particularly care for the effects. They feel too fucking good, will keep me under for the full duration and I will not be able to remember the session.

丂卂爪卂几ㄒ卄卂 丂乇乙 is probably the second best thing you can get, but the creator is a total kook and some of that slips over into some of the content. Still, good at getting an actual effect.

Mind Mistress is pretty good classic hypnosis and training with those files as instructed should get you the changes you want.

I really hope others pop up as skilled as the 乃卂爪乃丨 guy, but I really doubt it'll happen.

Maybe there is such thing as "strongest file" but I personally think that it 99% depends on circumstances and the hypnotist.

Technique-wise you'll know nothing comes close to 几工片片工 千卂ㄒ卂ㄥ乇 after you experience things like the mind-blowing HFOs and being actually unable to cum when you jerk like a maniac for like half an hour straight. Never had anything similar with someone else.

If you're serving someone and interested in slave training, preferably more postive, 片卂丂卄卂 丂卄卂片ㄒ工 has probably the largest collection of useful stuff. I'd view some of her stuff as supplementary though. It's not as easy to really implement chastity as just listening to some files, but listening to them helps.

D4rk Fr3y4 has also a tons of useful stuff and a 9-part slave series. More straightforward, too.

乃卂爪乃工 is well-thought-out and well executed. And above all nasty, good for fapping with enhanced intensity through a deep trance, which means it will probably succeed in making you crave those fantasies more and more just by giving you an intense experience. Especially if you're rather susceptible to hypnosis.

Honestly nothing good can come from listening to that one, especially if you're in need of a pick me up.

Start with 几工片片工 千卂ㄒ卂ㄥ乇 Because series 1-6, listen to one file as many times as you can before you move onto the next.

Once you have finished the series you can listen to other 几工片片工 files or try someone else. I would move onto 丂卄丨乃乃ㄚ and her beginner files.

You should use more 'easy' before you try more intermediate files, such as 乃卂爪乃丨 or 丂卂爪卂几ㄒ卄卂 丂乇乙 (if you're into that)
