OP of this thread. I imagine everyone's different but I've had far more luck lying down in bed under covers, naked but warm and with my eyes closed.

When I used that Z3n0va file I was in a sweet spot of late at night and relaxed and horny, but not too tired to focus properly.

Comfort and absence of itches/distractions probably the most important universal elements though, I would imagine.
