I don't know of any hypnosis which uses the same style as what you want. This sort of thing is a bit rare because it's obscured by basically everything else and isn't as straight forward as using the self-destruction themes incorporated by a majority of forced-fem files. I've only found one file and I find the method distasteful (it doesn't alter you, it creates a new separate personality entirely).

To you and plenty of others in the hypnosis community, sure. However, I (and clearly the OP too) find the idea very interesting as well as appealing. While hypnotic subjects are submissive by definition, that does not necessarily apply to the suggestions. Practically speaking, you can give all types of suggestions and they can still work. They may not play as naturally into the hypnotic submissiveness, but it works. Besides, I would argue you can still make it a submissive action if you just think outside of the box. It's all about how you present it.

Eh, it depends on how you approach it I think. Dominance does not necessarily mean dominance over everything. The hypnotist will still dominate the user and by becoming more dominant, they are accepting the hypnotist's suggestions. It's a weird mix.

It would be difficult to hypnotize someone to be dominant while being hypnotized at that moment. But Imo certainly possible to hypnotize them to be dominant in their vanilla life and even sexual life under different circumstances. Especially if it's just conditioning.
I'm hard into hypno and a pretty hardcore slave for my Mistress (even with chastity), but you'd never guess that looking at the rest of my life, the choices I've made or the causes I support. (Actually wouldn't be surprised if slaves in general tended to be more libertarian than the general public, since apparently people often fetishize what they dread)
If you ask me the messed up stuff is so popular bc it's messed up (even in the eyes of most of its consumers). And I'm not saying the whole thing is a good idea, but not everything worth using as a catalyst or vehicle has to be good by itself.
