how can I increase my hypnotizability? I seem to have trouble falling into trance, are there any files or exercises that I can to to make trance easier and make me more suggestible?

you need to start off by finding a position you are most comfortable with. either sitting down in a firm chair or lounging back in a recliner or even lying down in bed. whichever works best for you, the point is relaxing as much as possible. from there you just have to practice and learn to focus while eliminating distractions. focusing on the tist's words and keeping your own thoughts silent while totally relaxing your body will be a huge step towards falling into trance.

It took me years to get that "hypnotized" feeling just by listening to mp3s. I understand it's easier to get there faster being hypnotized by a hypnotist in real life (or by video chat) but I have severe social anxiety and don't know if I'd be able to relax deeply to anything other than impersonal mp3 or Youtube files.

I think hypnotizability is a talent you can develop with practice but it's a talent that can a long time to manifest. Just be aware that you can be hypnotized without feeling hypnotized and try not to worry about whether it's working or over-analyze your feelings while listening.

Important. I'd say I haven't had much luck with hypnosis over the years, but just a few days ago I was doing the cringy dirty talk in a trance. At the time I didn't feel special at all, but looking back, there's no way I would've done that without hypnosis. I also don't feel embarrassed about it because that was also part of it…

I'd say start small, with things you can "pretend", like purely visualization or something you know you can do. Don't start with a dickmare pony transformation, because you'll just be disappointed when you're your old self afterwards. Also try different hypnotists, some might be just bad, other simply not for you. I've found that heavily visual inductions work for me, but counting numbers doesn't.

Very well explained. The effects I experienced got better over the course of many months and are now very gratifying, but, as I feel, still increasable. The theme of female superiority got me very excited from the beginning and I tried to foster hypnosis effects whenever I experienced some. I also got to understand that I shouldn't focus too much on the individual session, but the average of a number of sessions, because results vary from day to day and impatience has negative effects.

In the beginning, there were days were I was so excited to continue that I listened about 12 to 15 hours to hypnosis audio files. (It messed my sleep up for a few days.) Generally, I found out that after about 120 minutes, my mind is more likely to wander just on its own. I normally listen to 90 to 120 minutes of hypnosis in one go, carefully choosing known sessions I find will grab hold of me the most today in that order.

In the last few months, I often display an image rotated by 90 degrees on my monitor in night mode when I'm in bed trying to sleep, so I can stare at it. The computer is set to shutdown after a while. The image can, e.g., be the beautiful face of a woman or a woman in a tight skirt or in tight pants. Sometimes, I listen to a loop file while staring at the image.

if you have yet to try it id suggest listening to a hypno mp3 while sleeping with either a wireless earbud you can keep in overnight or a headband with speakers built in (sold on amazon) i prefer the buds in my right or left ear as im a side sleeper. keeping the volume low is the key as you dont want it to be too loud and keep you from drifting off to sleep or waking you up during rem sleep when the magic really happens also want to reduce all background noise including fans and such. from my personal experience i can get fairly erotic dreams that match the theme of the mp3 and its a real crazy ride.

I'll use this thread since it's kinda similar. How do I get the more mindhacky suggestions to work? Even something as basic as an arousal/pleasure trigger has never worked for me. Obviously I can be aroused during a trance, but it's not because of some trigger word. When I've tried something more complicated, like a chastity file, it has crashed and burned the moment I wanted to test if it did work (Not necessarily immediately after, but when I felt like cumming).

your best bet is to try associating arousal/pleasure with the trigger word start by edging for a while pre session then going into the session not necessarily to trance but to experience the triggers while you do things that help build arousal and pleasure. you can have your sessions while you are sitting in a chair with your eyes open. the goal is to hear the trigger then fap and edge yourself every time you hear it or look at arousing pictures or even a video along side the session. once you build the desired response with necessary stimuli you can try the session as intended and when you hear the trigger you recall the arousing actions you took and pictures/videos you watched. nothing about this will be quick so be prepared to work for it.

You don't need a file or a hypnotist to go into a trance, you can do it purely through breathing technique. The trick is to take deep breaths and breath as slowly as possible, both inhaling and exhaling. Just focus on your breathing, very slow, deep breaths. Push every last bit of breath out of your lungs, and make sure you don't inhale a big rush of air after that, slow and rhythmic is the key. If you do this for long enough, it will put you into a trance. Practice this until you get good at it, and keep going as long as you can, once you've dropped yourself into a really deep trance at least once, it gets much easier to do it again. If you get twitches or shakes from it, you're going deep, don't stop.

I noticed I can trance better if I exercise, then have a bit of alcohol, then shower beforehand. Part of the goal when trying to achieve trance is to maximize your own relaxation as much as possible so you can easily slip into trance. Don't be afraid to accidentally fall asleep while listening either, the best trances are those where you are just barely conscious.

Eat 3 or 4 squares of good quality dark chocolate, such as Dove or Ghirardelli. The oxytocin analoque will make your brain substantially more trusting and able to accept suggestions.

I don't quite recommend the oxytocin nasal sprays which you can get without prescription, it's far too powerful to recommend for this purpose and can have a contrary effect. YMMV of course.
