Not necessarily. I'm not a footfag but I'm interested in her videos. There's plenty of shitty 'hypnotic feet' videos out there that are just low effort hypno with a woman waving her foot around going "oooh so hypnotic blah blah". Those ones do absolutely nothing for me.
