What advice were you given?

I was adviced not to expect myself to cum, that's not the main point fo the hypnosis. The reason i was able to enjoy it was because I concentrated on getting aroused by the suggestions and images given by the hypnotist. Enjoying what she says and imagining with detail the scene she describes is first, cumming would be like a bonus. A user in 4chan made a list from which most of the points are quite valid:

Most of this is solid, sound advice.

The HFO files that ask you to make physical movements, thrust, clench etc are the absolute opposite of what you need to have a real productive orgasm hands free.

My successes years ago stemmed from a lot of the points covered here, warm, naked, relaxed, good mood. Most successes were from the lower number Jackpot files but I also had success with some MzD stuff that was actually trying to elicit a completely different eruption from the same organ.

The key indicator for me that it was actually going to work on any given day was at some point, feeling my awareness of my heatbeat move downwards into my cock and being able to sense the heartbeat right there, setting up a chain reaction that slowly grew on itself until you just knew it was going to happen because the heartbeat throb eventually changed into a distinctly pleasurable, rhythmic throb that would inevitably build until the actual orgasm reflex triggered without any tension and with only a semi erection.

Topkek, I never figured my advice would've actually carried through multiple years. Glad I helped you out. All the advice still stands although I've relaxed on the finishing yourself off. Finding it difficult to find the time to do this kind of thing anymore and the hypnotists have taken to making very long files rather than nice 30-40minute ones. Long ones are great but 丂卄丨乃乃ㄚ has one thats about 2 hours long, its just boring.

I'm hitting the limit on HFO files, I need new ones. They're fairly hard to come by, not HFO but advertised as it or just filled with sissy shit. Had some luck with sb's Golding Rings yesterday though, pretty decent repetitive style HFO.
