Most of the time it involves removing bad parts and adding more detail to others. The SFX will be the same.
I've also attempted to make a custom awakener from scratch, and while its quite good, theres still a noiceable difference. So at the moment I'm sticking with editing the files, I'll redo the custom ones later.
