I am very familiar with anesthesia. I follow the ABA dosage guidelines. For a non geriatric adult the sedative dose is .6 to 1mg. Not to exceed 2mg in a 24hr period.
Subject 1 is given .75mg; usually in an alcoholic beverage. Subject 2 also receives the same dose, but usually in a marijuana cigarette or edible. Both have also received rapid subcutaneous injections with a 30g needle; a quick "bump and stick". The needle is so thin they never feel it lol.
Not sure I would characterize it as 100%. It still takes many sessions and reinforcement. It's not a one and done deal. What it does do is set the suggestions "deeper" into the subconscious as the scopolamine breaks the access barrier wide open.

The more things you've got prepared before you trip the better. In my opinion alcohol by itself actually makes it harder to stick to any hypnosis, but I'm ADHD. Cannabis is kind of meditative/hypnotic already, and it does make hypnosis more effective for me. I feel like I would not be able to go under hypnosis on LSD; my mind would be racing too much. But I still am afraid to risk it. ^^ Never tried entering a trance on DXM either. I feel like lotus might be interesting. Red kratom might also help, since it induces sleep. Just make sure not to go throwing everything together; doing so while watching hypnotic porn and feeling nihilistic gave me a heart condition. Should've just dropped acid.
