I got my first HFO after several years of trying today using 4th4l14's P0P-Qu1z Cl34v4g3. A couple of lessons that I learned:

- NoFap/NoPorn for two weeks or more help tremendously.

- The orgasm probably came just from my heartbeat. I had my pants pulled down and wasn't moving at all.
