Try videos with lots of activity (flashing images) instead of audios. I'm ADHD and that shit normally works better for me, as long as it's real hypnosis with an induction and not just U ARE SLEEP NOW over and over again or some shit.

If you have ADHD, find a spiral site or animation and watch it while listening to an audio that's unrelated.

Confusion inductions will probably be best for you. Kasha Shakti and Mona Blu have some basic ones. Haylee's made two, Mind Control and Mind Melt, and they have a shitload of subliminals and layering.

Basically, when you're listening to these you want the volume up high and you want to make a point of letting your mind wander. Provided you have enough stimuli coming in, you'll be able to switch from one part of the induction to another instead of letting something unrelated block it all out.

I will use this thread to speak out my issue. Since we got into "I can't be hypnotized" thread this is my case:

I seem to have a very strong mind, and can't be hypnotized at all. I tried almost ALL files outhere, over 5GB of audios from giga.gg and other sites, and so on.

The ONLY 2 files that got me somewhere (at least got me to sleep, and wake up with some arousal) were Liv Wilde's "Spellbound" and Misstress Carol's "Yes you will" but they both only worked the 1st time and never again. And the ONLY HFO file that got me to cum was Fiona Clearwater's one on youtube, even tho I was awake and really conscious of everyting.

Do you have any tricks, tips or anything to help me out? Like for instance "try to think in carrots when you listen to X file" or something like that… I know that "don't think to much, just let it be" and "any way of being hypnotized works, even pretending to be" but actually doesn't for me, no effects have took place from any files, and believe me I've tried them all.

"strong mind" is total bullshit, because the only things that have been proven to lower suggestibility are a lack of intelligence, a weak imagination, or a lack of consent.

Get high or drunk, work out until you're exhausted, or stay up late until you're feeling exhausted and then listen to the file. Or listen to the file while you're playing a game or reading a book. Distract yourself or wear yourself out and something will eventually happen.

You're not going to get serious results the first time you listen to any file. If you're too analytical or literal to respond, go with a confusion induction. If you just don't care enough, then you'll need to physically exhaust yourself and seriously want whatever the tist is telling you to do. Once you get your foot in the door and respond somehow, keep doing whatever it is you did with the same file and you'll start seeing results.

Some of Samantha Bandler's inductions rely on stacking images on top of images until you start forgetting how it began. The object is to overwhelm your mind and leave it passive, forgetful, suggestible - in trance, basically.

Chemical solutions:

Any anxiolytic. Decaf green tea, alcohol, magnesium citrate.

Citicoline for autistic degree of focus on one thing. Doesn't make you more of a "fiend," or make you want to go find things, just creates a trance-like state of attentiveness, more receptive than anything. Good for study and hypnosis. Bad for sleep. Max 500mg per 48 hours, 250mg per day is the sweet spot.

That's choline, and yes, eggs are a good source. But citicoline / CDP Choline is a blend of choline and cytidine that crosses the blood-brain barrier, and it has a distinctive mental effect that I've never had after eating an omelette. I've heard uridine has a similar effect to cytidine, but I've never experimented with it.

Jarrow Formulas, I guess, but I've never noticed a difference with generic.

Note on sleep. I once took it before bed to see if it would affect my dreams. I spent the next five hours with my eyes shut, unable to sleep. I wasn't agitated or anything, it was more that I was daydreaming too much to sleep. Dose: 500mg at midnight.

250mg in the early evening should be fine.
