I always see on hikki/ hikkineet forums people say things like "I don't know what I'm going to do when my parents/grandparents/SO/financial support dies" but I'm wondering, has anyone had their main source of support die? What DID you do? Were you forced to reintegrate? Suicide attempt? What happened?

Would also like to hear this, but i wonder if it ever happens. I always thought i would hang myself but as get closer to that point the thought of wagecucking and moving out seems more appealing. I mean i could at least try right? Get some money to play around with, that sounds really nice. Could always hang myself if/when it doesn't work out. Pretty sure i'm not that far away from a serious "intervention" from my current support. I've already been kicked out by my mother.

There is no excuse for wagecucking believe me try working from home that way you can still be a hikki and make money.

You're right, I really want to but haven't found an angle that works for me. Being around normalfags 5 days a week, i probably couldn't handle that now.

I'm hoping that i get good enough at model building to do commissions or something. Or get enough capital together to day trade

>love to get paid for working on computer programming at home.

I've thought about this as well. If you live in a dumb area you could put up ads on Craigslist and other places for tech support. Normies would pay you tons of cash to update Windows and unlock their nigger tech. Plus there's tons of tutorials on how to do this stuff if you don't already know.

i would do this but i live in a big college/tech town so the market is covered and i'm afraid of being given real problems

How would you do that? The kind of person who would buy a pirated movie would probably be so stupid they wouldn't be able to use Ebay or wherever

Funny enough my morbidly obese cousin left a bunch of burned DVDs that seem to be copies of other DVDs. I bet he bought them somewhere.

not saying you couldn't do it, just don't have any idea where/how

To live you need a source of income and to be happy a source or affection and satisfaction. These sources define your life. It's up to you to maintain your sources and to give direction to your life.

If you try to see all the way through from the beginning to the end, you won't be in denial about anything. Keep a plan projecting 10 years into the future, this will change but it will help you sleep, it makes the ego happy, don't let the ego spin your story. Remain unemotional about your 'based' plan.

Income; usually has something to do with helping someone else, and that can be anything that currency can be exchanged for.

Affection; even a healthy plant will give you this, I think they are the perfect pet.

Satisfaction; a good plan will give you meaning. You decide what Purpose means, it is the way you define your satisfaction. The greatest tool is our imagination because we can access past, present and future to make a plan. Only humans can do this, it separates us from the other animals. Now you have liberation from the dream; with this comes great responsibility, because now you know good and evil, they are opposite sides of the same coin.

>How do you get money fellow elder hikki??.

You must find a way to engage those that still 'care enough' to let you help them. Everyone needs help with something, only you know what you are capable of, make your own job. I use the I Ching to follow the way. Not caring about profit or loss, I do what needs to be done, because it's the right thing to do.

We need to organize and begin to help one another. Everyone that can do something must do it, no excuses, the time to be strong is now. :D

http://www.hikikomori-news.com/

You will have to translate the page with whatever works for you. On my Chromebook I use 'Instant translate' extension. I haven't looked for something on my 'nixbox' yet, maybe someone can suggest something. You see this is what we need to do, by helping each other we help ourselves. We know what is wrong with the world. Hikikomori are empathic, emotionally sensitive and if you think deeply about this you will understand everything about us. We respond differently because we are emotional sponges, we absorb the negative things around us until we can't absorb anymore. It overloads our operating system and we get the blue screen, it freezes our brain and worse our hearts until we can't do anything but put ourself into a self made prison. Eventually you will reboot, only for it to happen again a little further down the road. Hikikomori must learn how to manage this energy in a constructive way. Once this is done we can accomplish things that ordinary people are incapable of, it is our insight, we know what is wrong. You can't tell the average person our truth, they won't understand, because they live in a dream, they are hypnotized by the story that they think is real. You can force a man to wake up but they will just fall back to sleep. Because they have so much invested in the dream story. Facing death pops that bubble, that is why we are different.

I hope this helps, take care 63

Empath: A person who is capable of feeling the emotions of others despite the fact that they themselves are not going through the same situation.

Interesting but it's not the solution if it doesn't address the cause. Cause and effect; I think we are a large enough group to create our own economy and make the changes we want to see. If this doesn't happen then nothing has really been fixed. We will be assimilated by the Borg yet again. We need real medicine to heal this world. I'm being an idealist now, I don't believe in anything, I'm pragmatic, it must be real or it won't heal us.

take care

And I forgot to say that I really admire Naohiro Kimura's courage to face his Demons. I see his strained and struggling body language, but this isn't enough to make a change that will last and genuinely help anything. The system is broken and we are the island of broken toys.

How do you find jobs that will let you work out of the home? My family is starting to pressure me into finding a job, but the prospect of actually leaving my house every day and working a shitty 9-5 at some burger place or whatever is about as appealing as suicide.

Yeah, I agree Im simplifying this a bit too much, to be completely honest I think he would do better if he got into repairing PCs/Laptops. No social interaction and its pretty easy to do. (Obviously the difference being in going full component replacement reballing/reflow or just normie repairs).

Nice there is another fellow hikki who browses this board who works from home and makes video games though recently i think he gave up on that he talked about it in the daily routine thread also that's good to know i'm pretty much online almost 24/7 and got nothing better to do and i get bored and tired very easily these days probably because i don't sleep much and i'm sure you can relate and of course eventually my current source of support will be cut off when my parents ether retire or die so working from home is a good way to make a living while still being a hikikomori after you loose your source of support ill. definitely look into this thanks anon.
