In a society where people define themselves by their occupation, how can we reshape the perception of Housewife in answering and asking this question?

The "Oh, I'm just a stay-at-home-mom" comes across as negative and unimportant.

Well, depends on your looks and personality too. Absolutely average guys are, well, not interesting. I’d take a pudgy boy with violin skills over rando-clone boy with shorts on in winter, even if he’s lighter.

Typically you need to either be taller, or physically larger than your girlfriend. Even if you’re shorter, at least having a larger build will make you seem like a protector. Well defined muscles are great, but when you start looking like a smelly or one of those hyper-muscle porn images that’s too much.

Tom Hardy as Bane looks achievable. It’s honestly my favorite body type. Obviously strong, but not grossly over-exaggerated. Looks natural.

Jason Statham looked good in The Meg, if a little too skinny in the middle.

Jason Momoa’s body is pretty good too, still a little skinnier than I prefer though.

Dwayne Johnson has a nice body too. He looks good in the movies he’s been doing lately.

I’m not into Samoans, despite the two I listed, but they have nice bodies. Mostly, strong in the arms, neck, and back. He can have a thicc belly, I don’t need abs. A nice firm chest is great too.

Doesn't seem like we need reshaping to me. All actually time consuming and difficult activities women used to do as housewives have been made easy and quick by washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, vacuums, pressure cookers, etc. I see no reason a woman can't get all housework done, and more, while having a part-time job.

Being a housewife is much more than just housework. There's caring for elderly family members, homeschooling children, gardening, volunteering at local community events for the poor, etc that are greatly lacking in today's female muh career first society. These slide even with just a part-time job.
