I have some paid porn that I want to upload and share on torrent trackers but I'm wary of the digital watermarks that are probably in the video files.

Apparently porn sites/publishers use this the most; putting information into the video/picture files that, if uploaded anywhere, can identify exactly who's subscription was used to download the video. Basically each video has its own ID.
So how do I go about removing it? Everywhere I've read on the subject claims that re-encoding the video or using a screen recorder doesn't help, so what the fuck?

I'm not doing that. One, because that's expensive, and two, because the watermark on the video stream is apparently undetectable.
There has to be guides on this somewhere. I've searched on several different tracker forums and none of them have any threads on the topic. Is it a spook? I remember reading an article a couple years ago of a guy being sued because they were able to trace back a pirated video to him using the watermark in the file(s). But there are still a lot of siterips and shit being uploaded and shared regardless and no one seems to talk about the forensic watermarks.

This anon is correct, but you don't need two accounts. Just look for a file somewhere which has been taken from the same site you took yours. I.e., use your subscription to download a file you can find pirated somewhere. Check if there is any difference (maybe they don't do this!). If you however think there's a difference, post both files here, this is an interesting challenge.

I know for videos they'll insert an ID number in a sometimes hard to find location of a single frame. Severely reduced quality might help.
