I been bretty ticked off at my manager at work lately and we've been having all day meetings about productivity. I work for a large packing company, and it boggles my mind how incompetent the company is about managing development. Definitely overshooting with the talent they have and it ain't like they paying enough to get more but then they drop new shit in the middle of sprints all the time and get mad when we don't make our Sprint like it is a *surprise*. Really kills the drive man, it's gotten to the point where ill work my 40 and that's it go home.

I thought those Dilbert memes were just that, memes. I did not realize that was real life.
