There's this one program that I know exists out there, but I don't remember what it's called. I remember it was similar to youtube-dl in that it was command prompt operated, except not only could you download videos but pretty much use the command prompt as if you were on youtube. In other words you could search and watch videos all through the command prompt.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
