Blaze is one of my favorite characters in the series. She was pretty decently developed as a character in Sonic Rush (not sure how much nostalgia plays a part) and I digged her relationship with the other characters. But after that it was all downhill.

Sonic Rush Adventure completely forgot and ignored the context of the previous games and ruined the reuinting.

Sonic 06, though a cluster fuck that at least had the decency to erase itself from history, tossed Blaze in haphazardly and fucked her over when it comes to many fan portrayels of the character.

And after that she's basically been irrelevant. Though that's for the better since the whole cast is utter trash these days.

Some characters, especially the Sonic ones, are just designed for outer appeal to furries.
