The only way you're going to be able to stop rasha is if someone finally doxxed his ass and killed him. I've attempted being a friend of his before with the goal of getting him to dispense the right information to me but to no avail, just resulted in me having to deal with him bitching at me about inane shit and then eventually he wigged out on me all on his own and took me off of contacts. We need to find out who's close to him and then work out a long term strategy to buddy up with the actual friends of his and then see what personal information of his we can get out of them, if any. It would take a long time, but it'd be worth it to finally shut this faggot up for good.
