今年59了
目前是个直辖市的市委书记，昨天中组部找我谈话，说要提拔我。问我是想去异地（经济不如本市）当个副职还是继续在本市，我想了一晚上也拿不准主意。我是土生土长的本地人，在本市各个区县和局里转了近30年，大部分的人脉资源都是本地的。但是今年如果去异地当副职的话有机会再冲刺一下，留在本地肯定没戏了。想问问大家选哪个好？还有就是59岁升常委的概率大吗？为了一个可能的常委去背井离乡值得吗？
