/freekukuku/ -我操了，为什么不出门的肥宅会一个月内出现两次足踝韧带损伤?12月时候我有一次右脚脚后跟的跟腱剧烈肿痛，卧床休息了大概五六天。新年第一天我左脚又剧烈疼痛，查了下可能是叫前径腓韧带损伤或者是高位踝关节扭伤两次都痛到没法站立走路，躺着都有中度的隐痛，我只是个吃了睡睡了吃的死肥宅为什么会得这么多运动损伤😭
