So since im a powerlifter and push myself everyday i was thinking: is it ok to go a day and skip as a recover day the next one and then go again ?

And repeat the process again and again ?

Or do i need to go everyday (instead of the weekend) to max out my performance and lifts ?

Your body needs to rest.

Gains are made when you're resting, not when you're lifting. You need to adequate sleep and nutrition between lifting sessions to get the most out of them, and to not hurt yourself.

Post your stats so we can get a better idea of your situation.

The other dude is right. When you lift, you cause micro scarring in your muscles. When you rest, it heals and the tissue grows. Your strenght gets bigger with the growth of a certain kind of muscle fiber and neuromuscular development. If you don't rest, your body is going to be under too much stress and you risk losing gains or fucking up other parts of your body that are not your muscles. With that said, I don't recommend training heavy 5 days in a row. I've seen bodybuilders do it, but with a shit ton of suplementation and substances that help muscle recovery, as well as good rest. And they train specific muscle groups. A powerlifter involves all of his body in a lot of exercises, and heavy exercises at it. Your progress would be hindered if you didn't take proper rest.

Anyway, I'm not knowledgeable enough to give you lessons, I'd indicate that you read a book from some powerlifter training regimen and diet, and his overall routine (rest, etc. ).

Your routine shouldn't involve training everyday. How many days a week do you train? An extra day of rest here and there will probably be okay.

If you train with powerlifter equipment and doing powerlifter lifts, aren't you a powerlifter or do you need to compete? rhyme wasn't intended

In my opinion you need to compete, just cause some guy happens to squat deadlift and bench doesnt mean hes a powerlifter

no, you're just an amateur. and most powerlifters have nutritionist/personal trainer helping them succeed. if you're just a guy after strength, just rest normally.
