I think this deserves its own thread.
The popular ideia is about strengthening muscles and amping up your testosterone levels. But what about bones, tendons anr articulations? Can you strenghten them? And I don't mean only exercises, I mean nutrition too. I don't think my muscles will be as important as I walk into old age. I don't gave a pic, sorry.

Yes, tendons become springier under the influence of thyroid hormone, so it is important to eat a high carbohydrate diet to be fast and strong. Vitamin C will improve collagen production. Endotoxin seems to contribute to arthritis, so not feeding malicious bacteria in the intestines is important. For practical functionality, exercise is very helpful, but the long chains of fascia which cross multiple joints often from head to toe are rarely exercised in a thorough, unified manner, and this fascia can provide athleticism, coordination, speed, and fluidity of movement if it is healthy and elastic. See Anatomy Trains by Tom Myers. Many images of these myofascial meridians are available on search engines.

Im not sure. I thought i was overtraining because my knee wouldnt heal, then after changing my running stride, I felt my achilles getting sore. Quit training for a week, and gonna start up again.
I heard bone broth is good for tendons and joints

Lifting will definitely strengthen your tendons, though it takes some time. As for the bones, up to about your mid 20s you can gain bone density by lifting, after that lifting will help slow bone density loss.

It’s what I read, but tbh I didn’t research it further so can’t really say how accurate it is. Either way, bone gains are just one aspect of lifting and even just keeping bone density from decreasing too quickly will give you a leg up over other people as you grow older. Still, lifting and doing sports from a young age will definitely be best for that

Will you be my test sample? I'll record the data until you're dead and withhold my conclusions until then

Lifting weights will strengthen ligaments and tendons as well as muscles. They tend to build up much slower than muscles, but limited research on the topic supports the idea that overspeed eccentrics on exercises using resistance bands over a barbell tend to build up connective tissues better than straight weight.
