Lets talk about that.

I specifically have terrible doms pain right in that area from pic related, from biceps/forearm curls, even just after a couple of months of not training.

Shit goes so bad it feels I can't move them at all, like wearing those broken arm supports.

Any tips hints or insights on how to deal with them?

I don't think thats DOMS. Sounds like you injured something, you should ask your doctor about it.

pretty sure its not that bad, its just severe doms from not being used to it, every time I take a break from lifting and then start again it happens

the problem specifically on this area is that worries me, pretty bad, it last for at least 4 days after working out,

it may also be a issue from me taking too hard with biceps, this area is always sort a weak spot for me, nearly always the first to reach failure

You should explain your symptoms more carefully, because if you mean to say that you've been sore for two months in one place after a single workout session, it's difficult to imagine a scenario where you aren't injured. If you are describing muscle soreness which arose after your first workout session in two months, soreness is to be expected, as two months between sessions is plenty of time to lose adaptation against DOMS occurring. How long you have been sore may or may not be normal. Factors which promote DOMS are hypothyroidism, slow metabolic rate, sunlight deficiency (especially to the sore area), protein deficiency, carbohydrate deficiency, and nutrional deficiencies in general. The sore muscle must not be kept overly tense to promote healing. All antistress hormones such as testosterone and pregnenolone promote healing and reduce soreness, and hypothyroidism or a slow metabolic rate cause these hormones to be in short supply. I don't know the specifics about your situation, but these are all factors to consider.

I don't remain hurt for months on end, I've meant that if I stop working out for some months, when I do start again I get the severe doms pain.

But overall over my body doms isn't that bad, just this particular area, to get an idea, it feels like I can't open my arm, hurts like hell to do a biceps stretch, but usually helps too.

It may be a bad nutrition thing, since I'm just starting getting to schedule and nutrition as well, plus a slight caloric deficiency because I've gained quite a lot of fat as well.

Why are you taking months off?

If you lift regularly, you won't get DOMS anymore.

I know, I took a break because life, decided to take a month off to rest and had to focus on studying a not being a weeb anymore… a month turned into six, still a weeb, no job, at least finally got back to working, brought some home gym supplies and making it on my own.

Btw, also got some bad DOMS on my right calve, that's from a friday workout and still feeling it, arms pretty much healed too.
