What do you do when you just don't feel like going to the gym

Go to the gym anyway. If you have a schedule, stick to it man. That's how it's done. Unless you're actually sick or the muscles you're training are fucked, you should be going.

Dont feel like going? Or dont feel like forcing your muscles to exertion with uneccesary movements…

I really hate going to the gym in autumn/winter due to a variety of reasons: I solved by training at home.

You need a dedicated room, but then you're all set. Start small by buying something like the pullup mate, mats and some dumbells. If you see you can stick with a home routine, then buy rack, bench, bar and weights. You're now set to train everyday and become a beast.

Remind myself about all the time and money that I already spent going there.
