i can't go the gym mate, too damn expensive here. plus i'm a student i can't afford that shit. i have some dumbbells and a jump rope, other than that, i really just can't. i can start playing soccer though, it's pretty close to me, but i've been busy lately.

i eat fairly well. lunch and dinner, and i push in some meals when i'm out. i skip breakfasts because i'm lazy as fuck and whenever i have classes i wake up right before they start. is there any specific foods i should start eating? don't give me the fucking coded shit (vitamin C2K or whatever other shit i read in the other threads). i'll definitely start lifting weights, but i would really like a schedule. is there a known workout program for faggots like me? i read something about SS
