hey /fit/. i'm a 19 year old skele. i'm a manlet (5'8), and i weigh 130lbs. i don't think i'm gonna get any taller, but i want to bulk. i need to build up muscles. what are some good exercise programs? what are good diets for me? i want to gain weight, i have the body of a fucking 15 year old. pls help. i can't go the gym mate, too damn expensive here. plus i'm a student i can't afford that shit. i have some dumbbells and a jump rope, other than that, i really just can't. i can start playing soccer though, it's pretty close to me, but i've been busy lately.

i eat fairly well. lunch and dinner, and i push in some meals when i'm out. i skip breakfasts because i'm lazy as fuck and whenever i have classes i wake up right before they start. is there any specific foods i should start eating? don't give me the fucking coded shit (vitamin C2K or whatever other shit i read in the other threads). i'll definitely start lifting weights, but i would really like a schedule. is there a known workout program for faggots like me? i read something about SS

Your stomach is a muscle that needs to be worked out. Approach it that way. Focus on eating heavy protein foods, and a lot of it. Feel full? Eat more until you can't eat anymore. Then eat more again. You'll get fat, but if you're doing a proper work out regimen, you'll build muscle as well. Try to get adjustable weight dumb-bells and work them heavy. Once you've hit a certain weight goal, check your BF%, and cut until you're at a comfortable weight. Your belly should adjust to eating higher amounts of food, meaning it should get easier to eat larger amounts of food. Just keep an eye on your caloric intake and as long as it is going over the daily reccomended, you will gain weight and muscle. Cut/Bulk/Repeat until you're at desired level.

If you're going to spring for a gym SS is decent. Try to avoid too much cardio or calisthenics. Bodyweight exercises are more about density than mass, and cardio is more endurance than power. Powerlifting + Power eating is how you get big, if mass is your goal.

yeah i forgot to mention that i am a big fucking smoker. i smoke around 8 cigs a day. but sometimes i settle for one a day. is that going to slow me down or anything?

Of course it will.

It'll ruin the cardio, mess with your appetite and most likely a shit ton of long term effect on your metabolism I don't even want to know.

Nothing is good about cigs, don't expect it to make you stronger.
