Lower your cortisol levels, the stress hormone in your body. You do this by:
>Eating well
>Sleeping at night, being awake earlier in the day
>Doing something that makes you feel productive
>Exercising regularly. I suggest four days of lifting (two for each muscle set) plus two days of cardio to start with.
>At least two instances of social interaction per week, ideally more
>Respect yourself. No one else will do it for you, after all
Do those and your chemicals might be better adjusted.
