Been gaming my entire life. Decided to give up gaming and go 100% into lifting and fitness instead. Would like to be a big scary fucker, but also able to do parkour shit and American Ninja type stuff.
First time at the gym. Browsed leddit and decided to go with some Greyskull variant. Here's what I did for day 1 of the rest of my life:
3/14/18 @ 2am
2x8 Overhead Press @ 45 lb (bar) = 720
1x8 Overhead Press @ 55 lb = 440
Total Press = 1160 lb
2x8 Squat @ 55 = 880 (Cramped out trying to do third set.)
Did 3 "negative" chin-ups. Held for 2-3 seconds each. Pretty bad. Cried out in pain as I attempted. Jumped from the ground and held the center of the power rack. Grabbed where my forehead matched my hands and let down as slow as I could. Probably used too close of a grip.
Walked @ a 5 incline @ 3.5 speed till the default setting (quickstart) said I burned 53 calories. That's like 2 spoons of honey I think.
Scale said 242 lbs. Don't think it's correct. Should be higher. (247 just 4 days ago.)
Trying for 1600 calories / day with 1 cheat day every 7+ days. (Record is 10 days.)
Today was:
4 eggs (320 cal)
2 tortilla (240)
2 handfulls of cheese (200)
2 spoons of butter (200)
1 splotch of sour cream (100)
8 teaspoons of honey (122)
2 oranges (200 est.)
1 chocolate bar (240)
Total: 1622.
Am I gonna make it bros?
