Don't eat right before lifting and make sure you are well hydrated and have enough salts "aka electrolytes" in your system.
Also try to ease into it, yes you should lift heavy EVENTUALLY, but if you're literally making yourself throw up you need to slow down. Also also you need to stop fapping so fucking much try to do it once a week at most and when I say once I don't mean 10x in a row once a week I mean once.
