For the past month or so I've been suffering from very low virility, before I could get off multiple times a day, but now my body seems to produce hardly any sperm and even if I abstain for a couple days I can barely get a half decent erection and my sperm loads are pitiful, Any advice /fit/? I've tried taking magnesium, zinc and selenium supplements but that hasn't helped so far. I don't know if it matters but I've gained a little weight recently. Other than that I haven't felt ill or suffered any loss of energy.

Do you exercise? How fat are you? Have you recently had a change in sleep or diet habits? I would look out for a few key things, lack of sleep, lack of animal fats in your diet, lack of carbohydrates, and vitamin/nutrient deficiencies.

I don't exercise much but that hasn't changed recently. I always eat a lot of animals fats and I occasionally do low carb diets. I'm not really that fat but I got lovehandles which I'm in the process of getting rid of.

Don't eat right before lifting and make sure you are well hydrated and have enough salts "aka electrolytes" in your system.

Also try to ease into it, yes you should lift heavy EVENTUALLY, but if you're literally making yourself throw up you need to slow down. Also also you need to stop fapping so fucking much try to do it once a week at most and when I say once I don't mean 10x in a row once a week I mean once.
