Any of you anons have one of these. I don't want to fork out 100+ on a belt and the metals seem like a happy medium at about 80. All the testimonies I've heard about them are positive.

Also gear general.

I have an inzer 13mm belt with a single prong. It is a great investment but I train heavy and compete. What are your goals for training? What are your numbers at? I paid 100 for mine years ago but I would do it again given my training needs, but if I was training for another purpose I may not have bought one.

Started lifting casually about half a year ago then I had to undergo surgery in August (Appendix). Only started lifting seriously in late September-October.

Obviously my numbers are in KG:

OHP: 45

Bench: 65

Squat: 115

DL: 170

I'm training for general strength and because I like it. £100 seems like a lot of money to me right now but to be fair I'm a NEET.

I wouldn't consider it until you are roughly around the 3plate mark for squat and deadlift. When you get to 4plate definitely get a good 13mm belt.

I'm on 3.5pl8 deadie and 2pl8 squat at the moment.

Thanks man.

+1 for inzer. I think I spent about $100, but I can't imagine wearing it out.

I have a lifting belt I got several years ago and I love it for heavy squat and deadlift (I don't use it for warmups, there's no point). It seems like I only spent like 30 bucks, definitely not 80.
