someone here once mentioned something about cayenne peppers being different than other peppers in that when you eat them they are hot but they don't hurt coming out (bathroom) like other peppers do, and instead come out with a cooling effect. I did some research on the health benefits of cayenne pepper and wanted to use it a bit more in my food, but not ever meal of course. the health benefits seem pretty nice but I can't find anyone talking about that cooling exit vs other peppers. for the most part I really enjoy spicy food but it kills my ass later. anyone know anything about this? cayenne pepper possibly a better option for me?

Just eat hot food until your ass get used to it, homo. Or ask your boyfriend to rub his dongin progressively hotter sauces before giving you a dicking.

A lot of it is probably your diet and gut flora. I live in the southwest US where authentic mexican food is common and shocked when people from the north find mundane shit like taco bell or chipotle to be "spicy". If you live somewhere where spicy spices are not used often then you are just not used to them. The only way to change is to start eating spicy food and get your body used to it.

Not true. If you have no tolerance you will feel it.

Tolerance does exist, but it's just like training endurance. Do increase stimulus/fatigue > goal event stimulus/fatigue. Basically consume a hotter pepper/greater amount of same hotness and you will suffer a few times but then never feel it at lower amounts/intensities as long as you keep some training load (use it or lose it).

Building tolerance is a lie. I've been binge eating jalapeños for weeks and I get the shits every day.

nobody else heard of this hot in, cold out effect?

 No.131706

There's nothing special about cayenne vs any of the other hundreds of kinds of chilies. It burns your ass because you ate the seeds. Seeds are not digested, so they burn your asshole coming out. Stop eating cheap garbage where they put the (bitter shitty tasting) seeds in to save money by making it hotter without having to use more actual chilies.

ah I see. I always liked the seeds, pretty sad I'll have to go without.

Huh? You can't taste the seeds, they are just bitter but it gets drowned out in anything you put them in. It is literally just a way to cut costs and make things taste worse by not adding as many chilies, which actually have flavor. It is a win-win: better tasting food, no burning ass.

I guess everyone tastes everything a little differently. I don't mind if there are no seeds but I kind of like it when there are a little bit of seeds in it. you're probably right though.
