Oi fags.

How do I fix my lordosis? I haven't been going to the gym lately, and I probably won't be going soon, so I don't have access to machines and weights. I've been doing some research on it, but couldn't find jack.

I also watched some videos on YT about it, but Alan said something, that guy from Athlean-x said another thing totally different… It seems I can't find a definitive answer.

And going to a hospital is a big nope, since I'm a student and I can't afford it.

My chiropractor is helping me with this. There's no quick treatment, you're like this because certain muscles are too weak and poor posture habits.

Sitting for extended periods, and especially leaning forward is a big mistake. Start making it a habit to keep your quads+hip flexors stretched.

Glute bridges are probably the best exercise for correction. Done right, you feel it in your glutes/abs, not your hams. Stretch the hams beforehand if you have trouble with that.

Also, what kind of stretch should I be doing? Or any hip + hip flexor stretch will do the trick?

Pic is pretty standard flexor stretch. Don't attempt in cheap no-stretch denim. When you are not in a good place to do these, just do a standard standing quad stretch.
